- About the Role
- Due to continued growth a new and exciting position as HR Advisor has been created to oversee the day-to-day human resource function and deliver HR best practices for the business. This position reports into the HR manager and will assist by providing administrative support related to HR duties including;
- Payroll administration, including payroll tax, superannuation and annual reconciliation for staff
- Provide advice to management in general work relations matters and any employee conflict resolutions
- General office administration and management
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the business
- Skills & Experience
This position calls for an enthusiastic, can-do individual to act in a key support role within the business. You must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting the company's diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Role RequirementsMust have minimum 1-2 years local Australian HR experienceMust be confident using systems such asWorkday and Excelas this majority of the role is using both tools.
