This role will work closely with our Retail, Head Office and Warehouse teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of P&C operations.Some key responsibilities include : Act as the first point of contact for general HR advice, support and coaching across the businessCoach, mentor and support retail managers with interpretation of Awards, legislation and policies & proceduresManage ER / IR matters in consultation with the Head of P&CAct as a subject matter expert with handling grievances and conducting disciplinary measures, including warning letters and related disciplinary meetings.Manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and Warehouse teams, including contract generation and issuing onboarding packsBe a strong support and mentor to our Retail Talent Specialist on day-to-day activitiesRoll-out engagement and retention initiativesAssist in the coordination and delivery of corporate training programsMaintain and improve HR systems, tools and documentationProvide accurate and timely HR reporting and analysisHandle general HR administration and compliance-related tasksWhat you'll bring : Previous experience in a generalist HR roleA strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation and recruitmentWorking knowledge of the General Retail Award and its applicationStrong analytical ability, with proven experience on reporting key metrics and data analysis / must be proficient with Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously while also being a team playerWhat's on offer : Flexible core work hours / hybrid working modelGenerous staff discounts on L'Occitane products!Skincare consultation + complimentary productsBe part of a company that values culture & is officially B Corp Certified!If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
