The People Experience (PX) team supports our business with all things People related. Our purpose is to enable our people to do the best work of their lives, setting Xero apart as a truly great place to work. Our global team is made up of Human Resource gurus located in NZ, AU, US and the UK.

Working closely with a global team of PX Advisors and Business Partners, this role will be responsible for providing generalist PX / HR advice and guidance, ensuring that world class support is delivered to our 'customers' - Xero employees, people leaders and our wider PX team.

Reporting to the Head of PX Advisory, this role incorporates a broad spectrum of advisory responsibility, including advice and support to people leads on all people related matters.
