Job descriptionAbout The Role Fresh Produce Manager you will be directly responsible for running the fruit and vegetable department. You must have a commercial awareness of the seasonal and local trends and be able to order accordingly to ensure wastage is kept to a minimum. You must lead by example whilst training and developing your team to have the superior product knowledge and excellent customer service.
