Fresh Produce Manager

IGA Mosman Fresh is seeking to employ a Fresh Produce Manager to compliment our existing team.

The role is varied and includes :

• Managing the daily operations of the Produce department including bulk foods, juicing machine & our value-add offer
• Management of Produce team & co-ordination of roster
• Hands-on working the department
• Overseeing stock levels and high quality of product & range offer
• Direct supplier & produce supplier / market liaison
• Catalogue & specials merchandising & changing of produce displays seasonally
• Driving of department sales
• Shrink management & minimisation
• Training and development of staff

A proven background in Fresh Produce is essential preferably from within the Independent supermarket sector. A salary of $65-75K plus Super depending upon relevant experience of the successful applicant.
