Site Manager- Shepparton

Capstone are partnered with a well-established, Melbourne-based commercial builder with a strong reputation across education, government, and community sector projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a $10M early learning centre in Shepparton.

With project completion due by November 2025, this position is well suited to Melbourne-based professionals open to regional travel.

About the Role :

• Full responsibility for on-site delivery of a $10m early learning centre
• Manage all site activities including subcontractors, safety, quality, and scheduling
• Work closely with an experienced Project Manager and Melbourne-based support team
• Maintain a high standard of site presentation, compliance, and communication
