Salary : Up to $130K incl. Super + Remote Allowance + Vehicle + Bonus

This role contributes by :

• Looking after both our Carwarp and Yelta site to ensure all commodities are received, stored and out loaded safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate grain movement to optimise efficiency
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards
• Preparing reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and compliance
• Building and maintaining relationships with local growers, supporting the community
