Program Managers

Our client is a federal govt. agency undertaking a broad program of work emphasizing on the modernisation of business capabilities.

The program has the responsibility of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT solutions through the identification and replacement of legacy components and the reduction of technical duplication, complexity, and inefficiency.

They have a great opportunity for Program Managers to oversee the modernization of their legacy systems. They need highly experienced individuals who can cultivate strategic relationships, adapt to changing requirements, lead project implementation, manage resources, resolve issues, communicate effectively, mentor staff, and deliver results aligned with business needs.

• What you'll need for success
• Proven leadership in Agile delivery, specifically in a government setting.
• Experience transitioning organizations to Agile methodologies.
• Track record of managing multiple programs / projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality written communications, including Executive briefings.
• Experience with commercial contracts and vendor management.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable Skills :

• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Proficiency in DevOps and MS Project or similar tools.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, or Public Administration sectors.
