Job descriptionProviding contract and procurement administration support to Project Managers and Coordinators for all major Linkforce projects Facilitating administration of contracts during the construction phase, whilst working closely with document and project controls Ensuring all commercial requirements are complied with including a change register, correspondence register, variation / EOT notifications and claims, monthly progress claims, formal correspondence and project reporting Working closely with project personnel to supply administrative support with subcontractor packages Attendance and active participation in internal and client project meetings Assisting project managers with project close out and lessons learnt reviews Continually reviewing and seeking ways to improve productivity for existing processes & systems ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, engineering, law, project management, business studies or related discipline A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a contract administrator or similar role (either pre-contract or post-contract) High level of computer literacy, include MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Experience in developing internal and external networks in order to create positive relationships and seek collaborative solutions IN RETURN Competitive remuneration with a fortnightly pay cycle Career development. Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our team. Based at our new CBD head office with time spent on site as required, this position is offered on a permanent full-time basis.
- THE ROLE
Reporting to the Commercial Manager this position provides contract administration support for major head contracts as well as supply and subcontract packages. As a Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for :
