Sap Successfactors Consultant - Perth, Wa

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a dynamic project team for a leading organisation in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact implementation and optimisation project, contributing to the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Provide expert guidance on best practices and system optimisation. Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems. Requirements : Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (minimum 3-5 years). Hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle implementations. Strong knowledge of one or more modules : EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. SAP certification(s) in SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
