Public Sector People is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Temporary Contractor - A04 Project Support Officer to join a significant relocation project team within the government sector. This opportunity involves providing crucial administration support to ensure the successful transition of staff to a new premise.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
As our Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of the relocation project. Your responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in project planning and implementation activities to facilitate the relocation of staff to a new premise.
- Supporting the planning and completion of project deliverables, such as sourcing quotes, organizing procurement, managing assets, forecasting the budget, managing meeting schedules, and overseeing record-keeping.
- Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring effective administrative processes to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills and providing Secretariat functions as required.
- Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with the project team and stakeholders, while also showcasing your ability to work autonomously using sound judgment.
- Adapting to changes in the environment and contributing to the success of the team and the overall project.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure activities are completed within designated timeframes.
