About the role and where you will be working :
This full-time, 6-month contract position is based in Rivervale, Western Australia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects in alignment with the Project Management Governance Framework, utilising approved tools and templates. Your primary focus will be the Epicor Business Process Review, a strategic initiative aimed at optimizing end-to-end processes across the business. You will manage project scope, coordinate internal and external resources, ensure effective vendor oversight, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. Your accountability includes delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include :
Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to the established Project Management Governance Framework.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary to maintain project momentum and compliance.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring resource allocation, and supporting change management efforts in partnership with Change Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, aged care standards, and relevant legislation, maintaining up-to-date documentation in approved systems and promoting a culture of safety and reporting.
About you :
You are a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from internal teams to external vendors. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, you are adept at identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions. Your proficiency in project management tools and your understanding of compliance requirements ensure that projects are executed with precision and adherence to relevant standards.
To be considered for this role you’ll need :
Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks and achieving desired outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders with competing needs.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, while proactively identifying issues, analysing root causes, and implementing practical solutions.
Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Power BI, coupled with an understanding of aged care sector requirements and alignment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and risk management practices.
