The Macedonian Community Welfare Association (MCWA) is a nationally recognised not-for-profit organisation delivering culturally responsive, in-home aged care services across Australia. With a strong foundation in advocacy, care, and community engagement, MCWA supports older people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds to age with dignity, independence, and respect.
We are currently seeking a seasoned and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chair of the Board. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a sustained career in executive support, who brings mature judgement, discretion, and a calm, authoritative presence to high-level engagements.
Position Overview
Based at MCWA's head office in Bundoora, this full-time, office-based role is critical in supporting the Chair to operate effectively in a complex, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be experienced in handling sensitive information, managing executive-level workflows, and representing the Office of the Chair with credibility and gravitas. A background in senior-level support within corporate, government, or not-for-profit environments is essential.
