Our client based in Melbourne are seeking an experienced
Power BI Reporting Specialist / Analyst / Developer.Will consider permanent or contract engagement.This business is an Australian success story and a household name. This is an amazing opportunity to get in at an early stage and help shape their reporting needs while delivering vital information (reports) to key stakeholders
While they are running D365 FinOps you will need to pull information from a variety of data sources with the ability to create and explain insights for / to the business
Prior experience performing a similar role in a large complex ERP environment perhaps with some knowledge of supply chain / production / inventory / FMCG
The role can be mainly remote (from Melbourne) ideally with 1-2 days a week in the office (neg).
What we are looking forProven experience in creating insightful reports and self-service analytics dashboards in Power BI / SSRS, including gathering business requirements.Excellent capabilities to work with large / complex data sets and be able to extract, merging and preparing data from different data sources or data warehousing systems to provide actionable insights or automate reporting process.Strong knowledge in SQL.Experience working with large ERP systems ideally D365 FO / FinOps / Dynamics AX.Experience working with enterprise database platforms such as Azure Synapse / SQL database.Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines across external clients and internal stakeholders.Strong interest in emerging and advanced analytics methods to improve current analytics capabilities and solving business problems.A natural collaborator with a learning mindset, happy to share knowledge and learn from others
