Power Bi Developer

Our client is looking fora skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain impactful data visualisations that enable informed decision-making. The role will focus on building dashboards, optimising data models, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business intelligence solutions.

This is initially a 6-month contract, with a likelihood of extensions, is based in Melbourne Western Suburbs and requires the successful candidate to be full-time in the office, but a hybrid arrangement my be possible in time.

Key responsibilities : Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Create and optimise data models to enhance performance and usability of reports.Integrate and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for reports and datasets.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.The successful candidate will have : Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and semantic modelling.Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex data insights effectively.Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations data is a plus.Experience with financial reporting, metrics, and analysis is highly desirable.Notes : Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Your daily rate will depend on skills and experience.The role if full-time onsite.Start date is ASAP.A job description is available upon request.If you feel this role is for you, then please press "Apply" now >
