Witchery - Cluster Manager - Doncaster - VIC

The Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store and overseeing the Doncaster concept store and surrounding concession pads.

Key Responsibilities

• To drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPI’s as set by the company
• Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
• Lead with a focus on strong people management
• Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store
• Manage effective control of costs
• Drive a customer centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
• Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
