• The role
• This role will be primarily responsible for assisting internal and external customers in a range of services and sales enquiries across the wide range of building products. Based at their design studio, you will be responsible for;
• Assisting customers with service requests, order management, job scheduling for installations and deliveries;
• Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services;
• Providing customers with friendly professional advice on the products;
• Confirming and processing call ups and service requests daily;
• Adhering to pricing Matrix and use correct pricing authority codes including confirming all pricing with customers / reps before processing an order;
• Complete returns as required ensuring that all customers are made aware of any impending changes;
• Ensure that the documentation of client's orders, and stock control are filed and kept orderly and in accordance with company procedures;
• Ensure all work areas, displays and office is maintained in a tidy, clean, and presentable manner at all times;
• Prepare mail and deliver it to the post office daily;

Assist designated Sales Representative with daily needs; and

Provide back-up reception duties to visitors, including signing in and providing PPE for them to wear.

Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm; and

High level of written and verbal communication skills.
