Senior Bus

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our D Finance & Operations team. This role is critical to the success of our enterprise finance transformation initiatives, focusing on optimising business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting system enhancements across the D F&O platform. You will act as a key liaison between our finance business users and the functional / technical team, ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs while maintaining operational integrity across a complex and highly customised environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across projects and BAU workstreams, with a focus on Finance modules : General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Bank Management
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and validate business requirements, pain points, and future-state goals
• Analyse, map, and document as-is and to-be business processes
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, providing them with clear, structured requirements to support FDD creation
• Participate in the review of functional design and solution proposals to ensure alignment with business needs
• Support test planning and execution by defining acceptance criteria, preparing test scenarios, and assisting with UAT coordination
• Contribute to change management, training documentation, and process handovers to operational teams
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to the Product Manager and other key stakeholders
• Help assess business impact of Microsoft D F&O updates and participate in version upgrade readiness analysis
