Hudson are working with a Federal Government client to fill multiple roles at the APS 4 level, within the Executive Assistant and Administration space.
These positions vary from non ongoing or labour hire and for different contract lengths.
Duties included :
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues and stakeholders;
- Complex diary management;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, and minute taking as needed;
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior staff;
- Coordinating travel, including bookings and managing itineraries;
- Executive expense management;
- Event coordination as required;
- Active part of administration leadership team
- Updating website content,
- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures,
- Maintaining record keeping
- SAP ESS contract work and financial updates
- Processing Invoices
- Data entry onto spreadsheets
- Support analysis of spreadsheet data
- Proven experience in providing high level executive support or previous administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proactive and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Well-developed organisational and networking skills; and
- High level of professional discretion.
