Job Description : Cargo Systems Analyst at dnata Perth Airport

dnata Airport Services Australia is seeking a Cargo Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Cargo Team at Perth Airport, Western Australia. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office and the remainder from home. The successful candidate will report directly to the Performance & Programs Manager and be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and usage of our cargo system, including Hermes Cargo Management System and other related systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand business needs and the impact of proposed solutions on dnata’s operations.
• Analyze and document business and technical requirements, including objectives and benefits.
• Evaluate potential solutions and assess their impact on stakeholders.
• Review and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and lower risks.
• Coordinate stakeholder participation in solution definition and develop clear project requirements and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and prepare progress reports.
• Define test conditions, develop test plans, and conduct testing.
• Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions, and coordinate testing resources.
• Support change control and system updates, and assist in staff training on new processes.
• Investigate issues, determine causes, and implement resolutions.
• Monitor daily systems to ensure compliance with business requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain effective communication with client airlines and external government bodies to support business operations.
• Stay updated with industry developments and maintain professional networks.
• Perform any other duties as required.
