Talent International is searching for an experienced Azure Cloud / Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our client, a leading mining services company. This role is based in Southbank on a 6-month contract.

As a successful candidate you will display experience across :

Windows Server and Active Directory (Hybrid)

Strong foundational knowledge of Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
Hands-on experience with AD : user / group / OUs, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Experience managing Hybrid AD environments using Microsoft Entra Connect

Microsoft Entra ID & Identity Management

Basic to intermediate experience managing Microsoft Entra ID

Familiarity with Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth)

Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure

Basic to intermediate experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, including but not limited to provisioning and maintaining Azure Virtual Machines and Storage Accounts

Exposure to virtualization technologies and on-premise infrastructure, including hands-on experience with VMware vCenter in a multi-cluster environment.

Familiarity with Dell VxRail hyperconverged infrastructure

Endpoint Device Management (Hybrid MECM + Intune transition)

Some experience supporting a hybrid endpoint management environment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)

Exposure to co-management scenarios with Intune and MECM

SQL Server Administration (desired)

Awareness of MS SQL Server component and architecture

Familiarity with database maintenance tasks, patching, and backup / restore operations
