Position Summary
The Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes within the Superannuation sector, including product changes, digital initiatives, transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and identify business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and establish business objectives.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed business requirements, outlining problems, solutions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new processes or changes.
- Develop and manage project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Facilitate testing (UAT), quality assurance, and the roll-out of new applications or changes.
- Ensure risk and compliance adherence while escalating issues as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the Superannuation sector.Profound knowledge of business processes related to Superannuation including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments.CBAP or similar certification would be advantageous.Experience with JIRA and Confluence.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and best practices within Superannuation industry.Experienced with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc)Key Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail.Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.We welcome applications from candidates with demonstrated experience in any of these areas :
