Purpose of the role :
Partner with stakeholders to develop bold, strategic briefs and campaigns that drive strong commercial outcomes and lasting brand impact.
Role Responsibilities :
- Deeply understand customer needs by working closely with customer strategy and insights & analytics
- Understand the competitor landscape, cultural trends, customer insights and company dynamics that could inform strategic marketing approach
- Work with stakeholders across key business areas to understand priorities, performance, capability launches and new product development
- Develop strategic briefs which are used by advertising, media and digital agencies to mobilise activity in market
- Work on annual planning processes to support our strategy and drive continual improvement through a test and learn approach
- Map the customer journey and work with key internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless campaign experience that maximises commercial return
- Monitor and regularly report on portfolio performance, identify opportunities to optimise in-flight performance to ensure hit target
The successful candidate will have :
