About the roleAsset Managementteam are a high performing and innovation focused team of Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity professionals. We work closely with our clients providing project and operational support across the Mining and Energy Sectors and the many asset types therein.As a
Business Improvement Specialistyou will support and also drive Business Improvement initiatives identified by the business includes Mining, Processing, Infrastructure and Rail BU. You will work with existing national clients BI projects as well as asset management and maintenance projects and be supported to identify new opportunities and continue our success in generating innovative, fit for purpose and cost-effective solutions for our customers. Within this role, you will :Work directly with customers day-to-day, driving business Improvement Initiatives onsiteSupport to identify, quantify, prioritise and drive the implementation of Business Improvement initiatives across mine site to consistently deliver sustainable value creation for shareholdersImprove and embed Business Improvement capability, systems and processes for results measurement & tracking through identifying and coaching personnel in standard BI tools, and methodologiesIdentify new / additional opportunities of improvement within assigned workMentor Junior / Graduate EngineersThe PersonYou will ideally have a background in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments with a proven capability to deliver to project timelines as well as :
