Job Title : Customer Service Team Leader – Health Care Equipment

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Team Leader to drive excellence in our customer service department, ensuring prompt, supportive, and friendly interactions that enhance sales, build lasting relationships, and support our Complex Rehab initiatives at our Geebung QLD branch.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Motivation :
• Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing customer service team that meets our business needs within the health care equipment market.
• Customer-Centric Approach :
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly, supportively, and with genuine friendliness to cement our reputation as their “store of choice.”
• Sales & Relationship Building :
• Drive sales by actively supporting the Complex Rehab sales team and ensuring our health care equipment solutions are presented in the best light.
• Foster deeper customer trust and loyalty by enabling informed sales decisions and promoting our innovative product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to address customer needs, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
• Service Department Management :
• Manage the service department administration effectively to ensure smooth operational processes and customer service excellence.
• Coaching & Development :
• Identify training opportunities and mentor team members, ensuring professional growth and consistently high service standards aligned with industry demands.
