Records Manager El1-Equivalent Level

I am working with an educational institution to find a Records Manager.

This is a permanent position, with an immediate start.

In this position, be responsible for :

• Managing the operations and functions of the organisation's records management unit
• Supervising two Records Officers
• Oversight and quality assurance of records creation, sentencing, retention and disposal, including destruction and transfer to storage
• System administration of the organisation's EDRMS. The current system is CM9 and they're in the process of upgrading to CM10
• Engaging with many different areas of the business to assist them with fulfilling their records management obligations
• Have experience managing records in a large organisation
• Be available to commence within the next few weeks
• Have experience with leading a small team in a records management environment
• Have experience using CM9
