About the role :

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the operational and clinical teams at I-MED, to drive sales revenue growth and increase market share by strengthening relationships and increasing referrals in Midland, Canning Vale, Cannington, Ellenbrook and Albany covering both Metro and Regional areas in Western Australia. You will also be responsible for achieving set individual and clinic KPIs while reporting directly to the sales and marketing manager.

About the role :

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the operational and clinical teams at I-MED, to drive sales revenue growth and increase market share by strengthening relationships and increasing referrals in Midland, Canning Vale, Cannington, Ellenbrook and Albany covering both Metro and Regional areas in Western Australia. You will also be responsible for achieving set individual and clinic KPIs while reporting directly to the sales and marketing manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Forge New Connections : Develop brand-new business relationships with referrers in the region, opening doors to new opportunities.
• Nurture Existing Relationships : Maintain and strengthen connections with our current referrers, ensuring ongoing support and collaboration.
• Support and Educate : Provide valuable resources and guidance to referrers, enhancing their ability to support patients effectively.
• Patient-Centric Approach : Ensure positive experiences for patients throughout their journey, liaising directly with referrers to drive excellent outcomes.
• Strategic Growth : Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase referrals and generate revenue, making a significant impact in the region.
