Base salary + super + quarterly bonus incentive + company vehicleServicing our client base across the Perth Metro areaPermanent full-time position

Based out of our Belmont branch, with regular travel across the Perth Metro area, you'll be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a client group including small to mid-tier construction and civil companies to provide mutually beneficial outcomes to these customers and Coates.

Establishing yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationshipsNavigate your way through allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutionsDevelop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth

What You'll Bring To The Role

Ideally have experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industriesBe a self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environmentHave proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 1-2 years' experience in a similar roleDemonstrate the ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plansShow an appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships
