About the role Strategically aligning Coles' suite of modern applications as they move from current state to the future state, drive standardisation of application engineering / development, operate and run. Maintain the platforms and drive self-service for platform consumers.

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple high-performing squads across our platform teams at Coles. This is a critical leadership role where you'll drive the evolution of our modern application landscape and play a key part in shaping the future of digital retail at scale.
