Design & Build Recruitment is working closely with the Queensland team to find a quality Contracts Administrator who is keen on securing a long term and permanent opportunity.About The RoleAs Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our clients regional QLD projects; Rockhampton, Cairns, Townsville, Bundaberg.

You will be based in a Brisbane CBD office that is close to all public transport.

You will also enjoy occasional travel to site to stay close to the action and build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packagesMonitor and report on project budgets, costs, and cash flowAssist in tender evaluations and let packagesAdminister progress claims, variations, and contractual correspondenceWork collaboratively with your Project Manager and Site ManagerWhat We're Looking ForRecent experience as a Contracts Administrator delivering projects from start to finishExposure to new build projects $5M+Able to work in Brisbane CBD head officeWillingness to travel occasionally e.g.
