Contract Administrator role available for a large Tier 2 builder on the north side of Brisbane. This is a long term career opportunity with progression pathways towards both Project Management and / or Commercial Management.
Client Details
Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contract Administrator role for a large, well known Tier 2 commercial builder based on the inner north side of Brisbane. They deliver projects in the range of $20-100m in sectors including defence, education, industrial and general commercial. They are known in the industry for their commitment to ongoing staff development and training, and have a very stable management team both at the mid level and executive level.

Key responsibilities will include :
- Writing scopes of works
- Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
- Involvement with monthly cost reports
