Our teams develop innovative solutions to our rapidly evolving industry.About the roleReporting to the Production Manager, with a dotted line to the Global Training Manager you will be responsible for all training at the Brisbane production facility and the participation, preparation, review and delivery of Training Courses and its related materials, to internal and external resources. These include production line staff, FQC, EOL, warehouse and pre-production employees in relation to the best performance of our manufacturing process of Tritium.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to :
Deliver Health Safety and training inductions for all new startersDeliver induction programs for all new employeesDeliver condensed company induction programs for all casual (agency employed) employeesDeliver process and competencies training (including dexterity training) for the production process against all employee classificationsMaintain competency and training records for all production employees and agency employeesKey point of contact for training initiatives and enquiries for Production staff in the Brisbane facilityDesign, develop, and maintain effective instructor-led and web-based training solutions based on learning requirements, business and technology changes, and adult learning principlesDesign and development of hands-on training stations for use in interactive interviews and onboarding, using a variety of approachesWork with the Production Team to understand the areas of training that need to be developed, improved, given to secure the readiness to fulfil the necessary trainingsDeliver engaging training sessions that ensure that learning objectives are met for participantsCapability to deliver additional training as neededAbout youYou'll require the following skills and experience :
TAE 40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or TAE 40110 with required upgrades)3- 5 years' Training Experience including training delivery and instructional design for classroom and digital learning.Excellent facilitation, listening, coaching, training and presentation skillsSolid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.Problem-solving skills, Prioritization and Effective Time ManagementHighly motivated and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.Clear and confident communicator and strong language skills with the ability to explain technical scenarios in a way that is easily understood by users of all levelsProven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with great customer satisfactionSelf-starter, willing to work in the fast-paced manufacturing environmentBe able to sustain long periods standing to deliver trainingDesirable : Moodle experience, and prior experience in writing training content ideally in an electronics engineering or technical discipline.BenefitJoin a fast-paced, dynamic, and thriving business in green tech.
