Training Specialist_
About the Role :
We have an exciting opportunity to join as Training Specialist / Customer Success Consultant at LexisNexis reporting into Head of Customer Success Pacific. You will be motivated and self-sufficient, has ability to speak to varied customers, identify opportunities and build effective relationships with key stakeholders, deliver training and be able to implement effective training solutions for our clients ranging from Corporate, law firms, barristers and government departments.
This is a permanent full-time role to be based in Brisbane CBD with the possibility of combined home / office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Key responsibilities include :
Work collaboratively with sales partners to :
Engage directly with our clients to enhance their knowledge of our products and drive usage.- Deliver a minimum of 34 training hours per month and maintain accurate records of all activities- Define client learning needs and plan and implement effective training solutions- Build effective relationships with individual users and key stakeholders
Contribute to the development and maintenance of learning resources including;- user guides, internal user training materials, online learning materials.- Capture and provide weekly feedback and insight to the business.
