Manager Employee Service – Medical Workforce Unit

- Full Time, Fixed Term role working 80 hours per fortnight
- 5 weeks annual leave PLUS monthly ADOs!
- Salary packaging and hybrid Working Arrangement (50 / 50)

About the Role :
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end Employee Services functions for Doctors in Training (DiT) and Senior Medical Staff (SMS) across RMH and the shared PYMHWS service. You'll lead a high-performing team that supports the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and contract management to salary changes, long service leave audits and offboarding.
You will also manage all ESO aspects of secondments and medical staff rotations, ensuring accurate data is provided to Finance and Payroll and that processes align with the relevant Enterprise Agreements.
