Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal / Associate Director Structural Engineer specialising in Ports & Marines to join our team in Perth, Australia. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.

What will a day in this role look like :

• Lead and oversee complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions and manage client relationships.
• Drive innovation in structural design, oversee quality control processes, and contribute to the company’s thought leadership through publications and presentations.
