Retail Sales Assistant

Totally Workwear is expanding our team; we are currently looking for retail sales assistant to join our Frankston store.

We are seeking ideally experienced retail sales people with a high level of customer service and those that can navigate their way around administration tasks with ease.

Predominantly an apparel focused business, your experience in a similar role would be advantageous. If you have a passion for workwear, this may be the perfect role for you.

• Role responsibilities
• Exceptional customer service
• Completing end to end sales transactions through ERP (MYOB advanced)
• Completing daily tasks as instructed
• Facilitating customer queries
• Completing sales quotes
• Processing stock deliveries and replenishment requirements
• Administrative tasks : such as, processing sales orders, shipping and issuing sales invoices
• Some physical work involved - lifting & kneeling
• A little about you
• Sales and / or retail experience _

• Customer service experience
• Workwear knowledge advantageous
• Understanding of embroidery or screen printing advantageous
• Understanding retail stock movement
• Proficient computer literacy - _
