About the role The team handles functions such as accounts payable and receivable, credit card management, and travel. This role is vital for effective financial operations and supports the broader objectives of the Corporate Division.
Duties Handle financial processing functions. Liaise with stakeholders. Assist with credit card management. Support data collection for reporting, audits, and Senate Estimates requests. Manage passport stocktakes, mail outs, and general financial admin tasks. Contribute to Financial Operations and Finance projects. Skills & Experience Experience or aptitude in applying government policies in public sector financial operations. Understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks. Strong communication, negotiation, and representation skills. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to foster productive working relationships. Tertiary qualifications in finance are highly regarded.Benefits Hybrid working arrangements after the first four weeks. 6-month non-ongoing contract with potential extension.
