Opportunity for an experienced Retail Centre Manager complete with a Competitive base salary and bonus structure.

Day to Day

Building solid relationships with landlord and tenants

Manage property inspections

Lease administration & management

Negotiation of lease renewals

Managing maintenance and rental arrears

Preparation of monthly financial reporting packs for landlord

About you

Centre Management experience within a retail environment is preferred

The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations

Understanding of compliance & legislative requirements

Ability to work as part of a team

Looking for long-term stable position
