Must be Australian Citizen with minimum of NV1 ClearanceWe are seeking a highly capable Commercial Manager to provide strategic procurement, contract management, and commercial advisory services in a complex, high-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the preparation and submission of procurement documentation including request packs, approval documents, contracting strategies, and evaluation plans.Develop key artefacts such as negotiation directives, technical data analyses, and industry briefings.Conduct commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations.Engage with stakeholders to support end-to-end procurement activities.Ensure procurement practices are aligned with relevant audit findings and governance requirements.Manage contract variations and ad hoc service requests, including supporting analysis such as risk assessments, deliverable reviews, and updates to contract data.Oversee contract administration activities such as minute taking, invoice processing, baseline updates, and records management.Provide expert advice on contract matters including performance frameworks, incentive models, and service enhancements.Maintain compliance with audit recommendations and commercial best practice.Offer strategic commercial advice and guidance to stakeholders and delegates.Interpret policy, identify commercial risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Support supplier performance and compliance reviews, including safety standards, industry development commitments, and contractual adherence.Contribute to knowledge sharing and commercial capability development within the team.Serve as the central liaison for commercial functions, working closely with legal, finance, project delivery, and technical teams.Ideal Candidate Will Have : Proven experience in senior procurement or commercial management roles.Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, contract law, and risk management principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail with the ability to lead and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
