About the role
Based in our Mackay branch, working closely with the Branch team, you will build and maintain relationships with our Customer Service & Account Customers.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Building and maintaining relationships with key account management for major branch customers
- Solution selling and adding genuine value to our customer’s business
- Working in collaboration with your team to deliver first class, tailored proposals
- Prepare accurate quotes, orders, back order follow up for customers
- On site customer visits
- Actively work as a member of the team
