Job Overview :

Do you love solving puzzles, having interesting conversations and never being bored at work? If so, Oliver Wyman is seeking an Australia based, Talent Manager to work within the APR Talent Management team. You will focus on our Energy, Government and Transport practices. While you will be based in Australia, your consultant group is diverse and based across Asia Pacific.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding supply (Consultants) and demand (project pipeline), for building relationships with their consultants and projects to understand requirements, skills, preferences and matching these with projects needs.

You will be responsible for all data relating to your group including maintaining accurate records in our staffing system, supporting the Consultant Performance Management processes, and the resource management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Management :

Develop relationships with each consultant and begin to be seen as a trusted advisor.

Ensure we have the right person doing the right work.

Understand consultant performance, skills, and development needs.

Review weekly utilization reports and ensure data accuracy.

Participate in project work within the broader Human Capital function.
