The Role

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.

Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.

Balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support our quality goal

Conduct assessments & adjustment to injury style counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their circumstances to reach their new career goals

Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients

Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
