For this role you will need to have a passion for great coffee, staff management and exceptional customer services skills. Attention to detail.

This role has a very attractive work life balance. General roster will be to Saturday.

You will be of positive demeanour, with a can-do attitude.

We are seeking a Head Barista

• With at least 12 months high volume
• A team player attitude
• Dialling in Machines
• Reliable & hard working
• A desire to develop relationships with customers and engage with them about our coffee beans and brand and possess excellent customer service skills
