Local cafe in Yeronga is hiring experienced head barista.

We are a little, but busy cafe that has a great community of regulars.

• Be confident working alone on the machine
• Have ability to do high volume
• Consistency in quality and presentation, and a happy can-do attitude are essential.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• We are looking for a LONG term employee
• Shift hours flexible 20-40 hours, Full time manager role position is available for the right person.
• Opening / Closing store
• Availability for Weekends
• Assist the store manager to manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
