Supervisor

Lendlease Construction currently has an opportunity for an experience Supervisor to join the team in WA, working on a major ongoing Defence project - Garden Island.

The Role

The Supervisor position will see you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes as you coordinate multiple subcontractor trades to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work. You will work closely with our site engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to maintain progress in line with the construction program.

Experience Needed

With a trade or building background, you will be an experienced site supervisor / manager or Foreman with a record of delivering large scale projects with a reputable Tier 1 or 2 construction companies - having managed major components of the projects previously across structure, finishes & building services.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature, imperative to delivering complex environment projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budgets.
