Supervisor

Our N2P project team is now seeking an experienced

• Field Supervisor
• This role is predominantly Perth metro based but may require travel to regional WA from time to time
• Ideally, you'll reside in the Perth region to meet this requirement otherwise a 10 / 4 roster will apply.

Responsible for supervising our construction partners, the Supervisor will ensure delivery of ticket of work and project works are on-time and to schedule as well as monitoring quality. Previous experience in a similar role combined with a collaborative leadership style will ensure your success in this position.

• ABOUT YOU
• Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor within the telecommunications and civil construction industries
• Technical qualifications such as a Trade or Cert III in Telecommunications are an advantage
• Strong proven track record of managing contractors to meet defined targets
• Nbn, Telstra and / or other network construction and maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications Pit & Pipe Network combined with working knowledge of fibre optic networks
• Prior experience with field / scoping requirements, including conducting exchange and street communications network surveys and customer end surveys
• Must be physically fit and able to walk up to 5 km's per day and undertake heavy lifting up to 30 kilos
• A sound ability to coordinate sites with multiple work disciplines and faces
• Effective verbal and written skills including producing reports and paperwork on construction activities including prestart and quality checks.
• An uncompromising commitment to safety; dedicated to ensuring compliance at all times to site Safety and Environmental Management plans in consultation with the safety team to achieve "Zero Harm"
