• What we are seeking
• Experience in a Supervisor position within the commercial Building sector
• Building services experience is essential, along with either fit-out or finishing experience
• Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a large site team
• Excellent sub-contractor coordination & management skills
• Demonstrate good tenure with previous employers
• Hold an excellent safety record
• What to expect in this role
• Run your own sections of the project, such as ward fit out and Emergency Department
• Liaise with subcontractor supervisors on works in progress
• Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
• Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
• Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
• Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
• Lead and coordinate, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management, Clients and Government Authorities.
