- What we are seeking
- Experience in a Supervisor position within the commercial Building sector
- Building services experience is essential, along with either fit-out or finishing experience
- Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a large site team
- Excellent sub-contractor coordination & management skills
- Demonstrate good tenure with previous employers
- Hold an excellent safety record
- What to expect in this role
- Run your own sections of the project, such as ward fit out and Emergency Department
- Liaise with subcontractor supervisors on works in progress
- Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
- Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
- Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
- Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
- Lead and coordinate, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management, Clients and Government Authorities.
