Hybrid Systems Australia is a proud subsidiary of the _Pacific Energy group_an Australian-owned market leader in the end-to-end delivery of sustainable power generation solutions._The RoleAs a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Service team, ensuring a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Scheduling and coordinating labour, resources, procurement and deliveryReviewing operation and maintenance practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, maintenance policies and procedures, and health and safety guidelinesImplementing and updating documentation as required; outage reports, service reports, and digital maintenance work ordersMonitor resources, schedules, and activities to effectively manage the delivery of maintenance activitiesEvaluating hazards, controlling risks, and undertaking regular inspections of systems and equipmentResponsible for compliance with OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near missesFoster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamworkAbout YouElectrical trade qualificationPrevious maintenance and service supervision / leadership experience favourableHighly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levelsExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to liaise with multidisciplinary people and efficiently resolve conflictMust have strong supervision skills in addition to knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and protocols regarding maintenance activities and health and safety.Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirementsAdditional benefits includeSalary continuance insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), accessible to all employees and their familiesretention bonus schemeadditional paid days off exceeding annual leaveEmployee Referral ProgramWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Hybrid Systems Australia, we celebrate the richness and depth that diversity brings.
