We are a vibrant and busy boutique accounting firm south of the river seeking a Business Services Manager to work closely with the Directors in all areas of the business. For over 40 years, we have offered a range of accounting, taxation, superannuation, and business advisory services to a wide variety of clients across many industries. Over that time, we have built strong and valued relationships with all our clients.

You’re an experienced and client-focused manager who is a team-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive mindset. The Role :

• Managing a portfolio of clients as their trusted advisor—working closely with a diverse range of clients to provide business advisory, compliance, and value-added services.
• Collaborate with Directors on complex advisory work and special projects.
• Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for all types of entities.
• Assist in managing our team—including leading / mentoring, managing workflow, and helping team members develop their professional skills.
• Joint management of our internal training and development program.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance client services and contribute to the success of clients and the firm.
• Be a key member of the management team and contribute to the growth of the firm with a clear career pathway.
