The National Hub Support Team plays a key role in supporting HCAs operations and recruitment efforts nationwide. Whether its filling crucial vacancies managing surge demands or contributing to strategic projects this role is all about keeping things running smoothly across the business.
Your new role
As a Hub Support Consultant you will be a vital part of our national Operations and Recruitment team ensuring business continuity by providing temporary support during critical vacancies and surge demands. Youll drive recruitment effortsfrom attracting candidates to placing themwhile maintaining compliance and delivering seamless service to our clients.
This role offers exposure across multiple workforce areas and opportunities to contribute to exciting projects helping us grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Providing temporary coverage & support for key vacancies and business demands
Attracting retaining & placing candidates in line with HCAs client needs
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including compliance & credentialing
Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless information sharing
Contributing to special projects across the Workforce Services Division

As a Hub Support Consultant youll have proven recruitment experience strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple client and candidate needs while delivering excellent results.
Recruitment and / or Allocations expertise ideally you have experience in one or both
Adaptable & flexible ready to support different business units and states as needed
Resilient & solution-focused you thrive under pressure and love a challenge
Great communicator & team player building strong relationships is key
Proactive & self-motivated always looking for ways to improve processes
